Bridging Cultures, Building Community, Inspiring Change.

Our Mission and Vision

Experience culture differently with TFAA !

The Texan-French Alliance for the Arts (TFAA) is a Houston-based non-profit dedicated to connecting cultures and communities through the transformative power of art. Since 2005, TFAA has been at the forefront of fostering vibrant artistic and cultural exchanges between Texas and France.

With the support of French and American institutions, corporations, and individuals (alongside the Consulate of France in Houston) TFAA creates unique programs and public art experiences that celebrate diversity, spark dialogue, and bring people together. Whether through large-scale installations or local partnerships, we believe art has the power to enrich lives and inspire lasting connections.

Our Last Board Meeting

On February 28, 2026, the Texan French Alliance for the Arts was honored to hold its Board Meeting at the Consulate General of France in Houston.

A huge thank you to Frank Marchetti, the Consul of France, and Karl Cogard, Director of Villa Albertine, for their warm welcome and strong engagement.
The energy in the room reflected years of collaboration between France and Texas : united by art, dialogue, and a shared commitment to serving our French and Texan communities.

Together, we continue to build a vibrant cultural bridge across the Atlantic. 🇫🇷🤝🇺🇸
